ماذا سوف أتعلم؟

Researchers in this area study a broad range of topics, from biomechanics to basic neurophysiological processes required for movement and sensation, to the interaction between how the body moves and thinks. The masters of arts (MA) degree prepares students for a wide range of career possibilities in health, kinesiology, recreation and sport management.Thesis and course-based masters degrees are offered in this program. Both are student-centred and research-oriented, offering individualized programs of study. With the guidance of a supervisor, students choose courses based on their area of interest and goals. The thesis route places more focus on the development of research skills. Please note, our graduate degrees are not offered via distance education at this time.

The Facultys minimum admission requirements for the masters thesis and course-based programs are a four year baccalaureate degree, or its academic equivalent, in physical education, kinesiology, recreation or another related degree, with admission grade point average of 3.0 on most 4.0 grading systems or B on most letter grading systems, based on the most recent two years of full time study (or equivalent). The Facultys minimum admission requirements for the doctoral program are a masters degree, or its academic equivalent, with thesis in physical education, kinesiology, recreation, or another related degree, with admission grade point average of 3.0 on most 4.0 grading systems or B on most letter grading systems, based on the most recent two years of full time study (or equivalent).
