ماذا سوف أتعلم؟

The Department of Philosophy is home to a group of professors whose research is recognized across Canada and beyond. Our members have published in some of the best journals in the field, have national and international reputations for their work, and have made contributions to important debates on a broad range of issues. We take our teaching work just as seriously as our research.For the M.A. program, students are required to complete courses, a Thesis, and a Thesis Oral Defence. Three to six graduate term courses or equivalent (9.0 to 18.0 credit hours) are required for this program. Students develop their programs in consultation with their supervisors.

Applicants must hold a baccalaureate degree (i.e. an undergraduate degree) in a related discipline from a recognized degree-granting institution; Have a minimum grade point average of 3.00 (based on 4.00 scale) on the last 20 graded university-level term courses OR calculated on the most recently completed masters degree if the applicant is applying for another masters degree.
