AS in Pre-Advanced Medical Imaging Technology

The pre-advanced medical imaging technology associate degree program at Blue Ash College is designed to prepare students for application to the bachelor's degree program in advanced medical imaging technology (AMIT), which is offered by University of Cincinnati's College of Allied Health Sciences. Currently, the health care industry is undergoing major changes in an effort to control costs and increase efficiencies without compromising professional patient care. In the past, this care was delivered through the utilization of health care specialists. Today, many employers are now seeking to deliver these services by utilizing the talents of multi-skilled health care professionals.
