Whether in the Experimental Forest, Pitkin Forest Nursery or at the McCall Field Campus along Payette Lake, our students learn in the diverse landscapes of Idaho and the Inland Northwest. As a forestry major pursuing the forestry operations emphasis, you’ll learn about forest ecosystems with a strong focus on forest operations and sustainable forest management. You’ll also gain insight into the financial side of forestry and learn about products and manufacturing.
