At the academic heart of ASU, this program is part of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, the university’s largest and most diverse college. Its world-renowned faculty include 15 National Academy of Sciences members, 3 Pulitzer Prize winners and 2 Noble Prize winners. In this program grounded in intersectional feminism, students gain valuable insight into how the systems of inequality intermingle with race, gender, sexuality, immigration, class, globalization and other frameworks. Undergraduates gain necessary expertise in applying this knowledge to today's society. Students are offered the opportunity to challenge conventional wisdom about gender and sexuality while exploring new ways of viewing the world through the social and physical world.
