The leadership and social responsibility concentration is designed for students who are interested in leadership roles in organizations to promote socially responsible behavior and high ethical standards. Those who specialize in leadership and social responsibility apply critical thinking to evaluate corporate social responsibility across business disciplines. Students learn leadership theory and practices in making a positive impact on the quality of life for the workforce and its families, as well as local communities and society as a whole.Building on business foundations in accounting, marketing, finance, economics, human resources, information systems, management and organizational behavior, the business administration degree curriculum is enriched through practical applications, a global perspective, faculty mentors and collaborative teams.Students pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration may choose a concentration to provide depth within an area of special interest: Entrepreneurship, Global Management and Finance, Information Technology Management, Leadership and Social Responsibility, Marketing, or Sports Management.
