Prepares students to work in Human Resource Management and Collective Bargaining.This program gives you the foundational knowledge to pursue entry-level HR positions, such as an HR assistant, insurance claims clerk or benefit coordinator. Most management positions in this field require a bachelor’s degree. Because an associate degree is the equivalent of the first two years of a bachelor’s degree, you’ll be prepared to transfer to a four-year university to continue your studies.
