STEM-classified degree: graduates are eligible for 3 years of Optional Practical Training (OPT) in the USA. ASU’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering has the largest and most comprehensive engineering program in the USA. In the Bachelor of Science program in construction management and technology, students specialize in construction and facility management. They learn to organize, lead and manage the building construction business processes related to real estate, facility and infrastructure projects. Construction management is the most vital function on a job site. Construction managers represent the interests of the building owner or the contractor and interact with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers to ensure the success of construction projects in the built environment. This program focuses on the business of construction and technology, such as building information modeling.
3.0 GPA or equivalent. Must have three years of high school coursework. (If you are currently in high school, ASU needs to see 9–11 grade coursework. If you have completed high school, ASU needs to see 10–12 grade coursework.) Must have and present a completed high school diploma or certificate.
