Our Ph.D. in Education with an emphasis in educational leadership, organizations, and policy (ELOP), prepares educational researchers who inquire into pressing problems in the leadership, organization, and policy of P-12 educational systems. Faculty expertise includes accountability systems, education policy, ethical leadership, instructional leadership, religion and schools, rural education, school reform, and social justice leadership.
