The Bachelor of Arts in Education program in educational studies provides a flexible pathway to a bachelor's degree for students who want to work with children, youth and adults within nonprofit settings, community-based organizations, civic organizations and businesses. Students develop practical skills aligned with workforce demands, including facilitating learning experiences with, and for, diverse people in different contexts. They also develop skills for effective communication, collaboration, critical thinking, leadership, advocacy and innovation --- all of which are essential to educators working across professional contexts.
