UCM’s BS in Human Development and Family Science is one of only four Certified Family Life Educator (CFLE) programs in the state of Missouri. We embed CFLE requirements in the curriculum for our human development and family science students. This means that with no extra time and at no extra cost, you can apply for provisional CFLE certification through the National Council on Family Relations as soon as you graduate.
