The CU Denver master of engineering in mechanical engineering is an interdisciplinary degree, enabling students to complete an integrated program of engineering and allied subjects related to the individual student’s goals or professional work. Students can combine advanced engineering course work with graduate-level non-engineering courses such as business administration, environmental sciences, social sciences, biological sciences or public administration. Statement of purpose – must be an original essay submitted with application. Scanned copies will not be accepted for submission.
Resume – must be submitted with application. Official transcripts – we require one official copy of each previous transcript. Send e-transcripts to the Graduate School, Letters of recommendation – two letters of recommendation are required for all programs except Biomedical Engineering (which requires three) and Electrical Engineering (for which letters are not required for internal applicants and are optional for external applicants).
Official GRE scores – the college has removed the evaluation of GRE scores for admission decisions. If choosing to submit, send scores officially through ETS using code -4875. Preferred minimum score of 300 plus
