Upon completing the MIOP degree, students will be able to:Read critically and assess scholarship related to Industrial-Organizational Psychology and in other fields in the psychological sciences, with implications for professional practice. Develop, apply, and refine professional skills relevant to Industrial-Organizational Psychology in the internship context. Communicate Industrial-Organizational Psychology research clearly and effectively in papers and presentations.
