Gain the knowledge and hands-on experience to become a registered dietitian nutritionist. In Pace’s Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics program, you’ll learn to help people eat well, prevent disease, and manage chronic conditions, through real-world experiences at farm-to-table restaurants, K–12 school programs, large-scale food operations, and more. You’ll develop expertise in medical nutrition therapy, integrative and complementary nutrition, and community-based health promotion. Real-world experience includes working in diverse settings such as hospitals, schools, and community programs.Upon completion, you’ll earn a verification statement to sit for the Commission on Dietetic Registration’s national exam to become a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN). As a Pace graduate, you’ll be equipped to advance public health, improve access to nutritious food, and lead change across healthcare and community settings.Our Coordinated MS in Nutrition and Dietetics program provides a comprehensive curriculum with a strong focus on culinary nutrition, medical nutrition therapy, and complementary and integrative nutrition. The coursework emphasizes using food as medicine to prevent and manage chronic conditions, while addressing critical issues related to food equity, access, and environmental sustainability within our foodsystem.
