The career and community studies certificate supports students enrolled in Vandal QUEST - University of Idaho’s inclusive postsecondary education program for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Through QUEST-specific coursework, campus involvement and tailored advising, students build the academic, professional and life skills they need to thrive. You’ll complete coursework focused on employment preparation, community engagement and personal development, along with advisor-approved electives that match your strengths and career goals. The program blends hands-on learning with real-world experience, helping you grow your confidence, independence and ability to succeed in work, school and everyday life.
