A transfer pathway allowing students who have an applicable 2-year Associate of Applied Science degree to complete an ASU bachelor's degree in 2 years.The Bachelor of Applied Science program in applied science is for students who have already earned a community college Associate of Applied Science degree. The program enables students to apply the technical knowledge they gained in their associate degree program, significantly broaden their education through completion of a concentration of their design, and expand on their previous coursework or create a new concentration in a different area of study. This program includes a distinct, personalized area of concentration tailored to the student's specific interests and career goals possible areas include applied computing, applied ethics, biology, biomedical research, business, conflict resolution, communication, creative writing, cybersecurity, English, environmental science, film and video studies, forensic psychology, forensic science, interdisciplinary arts and performance, risk communication, peace studies, political science, psychology, Spanish and statistics. Students who have earned an AAS degree from a regionally accredited Arizona community college may be eligible to transfer up to 75 credits toward the BAS degree. Students who have earned an AAS from an accredited institution may transfer 60 credit hours toward the BAS degree.

2.5 GPA or equivalent. Must have three years of high school coursework. (If you are currently in high school, ASU needs to see 9–11 grade coursework. If you have completed high school, ASU needs to see 10–12 grade coursework.) Must have and present a completed high school diploma or certificate.
