STEM-classified degree: graduates are eligible for 3 years of Optional Practical Training (OPT) in the USA. The Master of Science program in graphic information technology is a course-based master's program that provides students the opportunity to study various areas of graphics and cross-media design. Through the courses offered, students gain a working knowledge of the technology and management required in the diverse graphic industries. Possible course tracks include cross-media design, user experience and user interface, front-end web design and development, and the business of design. This program prepares students to become industry leaders who develop and manage content across numerous communication and distribution modes. Students will be empowered to think critically, creatively and collaboratively in an environment that promotes project-based learning. Students will practice building client- and audience-centered design solutions, address client and user needs, and focus on industry outcomes.
