Students learn to plan and execute complex projects by applying advanced project management skills. The curriculum covers multiple approaches to project management including waterfall, Agile and Scrum methodologies. Students in the Master of Project Management program learn to plan and execute complex projects by practicing important skills, including procurement management, scope management and stakeholder management. Students gain advanced knowledge in leadership, conflict resolution and collaboration while experimenting with emerging technologies and acquiring hands-on experience managing projects in a project management office setting.
